By using telos.md you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who we are

Telos MD LLC is an independent marketing and advertising company based in San Diego, California. telos.md publishes educational content about hormone health, metabolic health, and lab testing, and refers prospective patients to a telehealth platform operated by our platform partner.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use this site.

Not medical advice

Content on telos.md is educational only. It is not medical advice, and reading it does not create a physician-patient relationship with Telos. Telos does not practice medicine. All clinical decisions, including whether any prescription is appropriate for you, are made by an independent licensed physician on the partner platform. Always talk with your physician about your health. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Affiliate disclosure

Telos has a material connection to the platform it refers you to. When you buy through shop.telos.md, Telos earns a commission or referral fee from the platform operator. This compensation is disclosed here and in the site footer in line with FTC guidance.

Purchases

All purchases are made on shop.telos.md and are governed by the platform operator's terms of sale, privacy policy, and consents presented at checkout. Intellectual property

The Telos name, the TelosMark, and the content on telos.md belong to Telos MD LLC or its licensors. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. That includes attempting to break or bypass security, scraping or harvesting data, misrepresenting who you are, introducing malicious code, and using the site for anything unlawful.

Disclaimers

telos.md is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Telos MD LLC and its members, officers, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Telos MD LLC harmless from claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, that arise from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
