Safety & sourcing

Compliance is a feature. Not fine print.

Everything below is verifiable: on the product page, on the receipt, and on the order page in your account. The category usually hides this in a footer line. We build the page around it. No medication ships without a sign-off from your physician. For hormone therapy, labs come first.

01 · The six commitments

Six things, all verifiable.

Each one is stated on the order, not buried. If it cannot be shown to you, it is not shipped.
01

503A and 503B pharmacies

Every prescribed GLP-1 and hormone is dispensed by a US compounding pharmacy: a state-licensed 503A or an FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility. The dispensing pharmacy is named on your order.

02

Certificate of analysis

Certificates of analysis are available for compounded lots, covering purity, identity, sterility and endotoxin. Ask the concierge for the document behind your lot.

03

Cold-chain shipping

Cold-chain shipping from the partner pharmacies: lyophilized vials travel in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging built to protect the medication in transit.

04

Identity verified

Your identity is confirmed before any prescription is written. No anonymous ordering and no gray-market shortcuts.

05

Physician sign-off

A licensed physician in the affiliated medical group reviews your labs and history before any prescription. Every order. No bots writing scripts.

06

Manufacturer disclosure

Compounded peptides are sourced from US-licensed facilities and disclosed on the page. You always know what is in the vial and where it came from.

02 · The receipt

Every vial arrives with its paperwork.

This is a real certificate-of-analysis layout: the lot-specific document available for compounded lots. Purity by HPLC, identity by mass-spec, sterility, and endotoxin, released by a named pharmacist, with the compounding pharmacy disclosed.

04 · How buying works

A physician first. Labs when they matter.

There is no shortcut to a prescription here. Labs are required for hormone therapy and recommended everywhere else; a licensed physician decides what, if anything, fits.
  • The Telos Panel reads your core hormone and health markers: required for hormone therapy, recommended before every protocol.
  • A physician in the affiliated medical group reviews your panel and history, and decides what, if anything, fits. They may or may not establish care.
  • If a protocol fits, hormone therapy is carried by a recurring membership; GLP-1 and peptides are one-time. Either way: the medication, your physician's oversight, and the re-test.
  • Prescription products disclose the dispensing 503A or 503B compounding pharmacy on the order.
  • A compounded medication is not the same as a branded drug. It is prepared for you by a licensed pharmacy under your physician's direction.
